Once paid, the fees will not be returned under any circumstances.

All students will have to join our dedicated Program Classroom on our own eLearning platform to access the program contents and to obtain feedback on assignments.
Once purchased, a student retains access to the program contents for TWELVE months from the date of purchase. A separate extension can be purchased if a student wishes to do so. No automatic extension is possible.
The assignment assessments and feedback will be done within 2-3 working days after each submission (Barring Sundays and Mondays). In exceptional circumstances, BBarters reserves the right to have some delay in the process.
The live components of the program, such as the Édito Group Study Sessions, French Immersion Sessions and any other such sessions, are optional for students. In addition, to join these sessions, the students will have to fulfil the certain eligibility criterion in terms of course progression.
The participation in these live sessions of the program are subject to rules and regulations as determined by BBarters. Students will have to comply with them. Timings and Frequency of these sessions are decided by BBarters and are not subject to change based on individual student requirements or demands. They are essentially group sessions in that regard.
For all the queries, doubts, and questions that a student may have regarding program conduction and study material, they must ask those questions ONLY in the official WhatsApp group dedicated to the program and/or during the live sessions. Our staff shall respond to the queries on the official program WhatsApp group in a timely manner.
In case the instructor from BBarters is not able to conduct a particular live session due to health or any other reasons, the students shall be informed via email/official WhatsApp group. That session will be rearranged to the next possible date.
All the program content including study resources and session videos is the intellectual property of BBarters. If any student distributes it privately/publicly for financial or non-financial gains, they will be subject to a legal course of action.

TEF/TCF Speaking Practice Workshop - All Sets

All students will have to join our dedicated Program Classroom to access program material and to obtain feedback on your speaking practices.
The workshop practices must be completed in the stipulated access period, i.e., SIX weeks from the date of purchase. No extensions will be granted under any circumstances.
The student must book the speaking practices in advance, minimum four per week, using the link shared. The schedule windows are fixed and won’t be changed for any individual student.
Only one practice slot can be booked per day, i.e only ONE speaking practice will be conducted per student per day (either section A or section B). Additionally, no more than FOUR practices can be scheduled during any given week.
Once you purchase the workshop, you are required to book slots for ALL sixteen practices within the first FIVE weeks of your access. A student can not book slots for the final week of their program access, as this week is reserved by BBarters to conduct missed practices due to reasons such as public holidays and trainer unavailability.
A student can cancel, if they need to, a booked practice slot four hours or earlier from the time of the practice. However, BBarters will not extend the program access or free up additional slots for the students in case they do cancellations and are unable to complete all their practices within program access period.
In case the instructor is not able to attend any particular practice session due to health or other valid reasons, the students shall be informed via email and/or Official Program WhatsApp group. That session will be rearranged to the next possible date.
All speaking practice feedback will be formalized and marked in the classroom within 1-2 working days, except in case of exceptional circumstances on our part.

TEF/TCF Prep Writing Practice Workshop - All Sets

Once paid, the fees will not be returned under any circumstances.
All students will have to join our dedicated Program Classroom to access program material and to submit their writing work.
The workshop practices must be completed in the stipulated access period, i.e.SIX weeks from the date of purchase. No extensions will be granted under any circumstances.
BBarters shall take 2-3 working days to review each submission, with Sundays and Mondays are non-working days. If multiple submissions are made on the same day – only the first one will be considered as submission for that day, and subsequent submissions will be corrected with a delay of 2-3 working days after each assessment is done.
No submissions will be assessed after the program access period is over, and ONLY in case of pending assessments from our end will there be 1 WEEK extension given for the classroom access so that the student can receive the feedback. During this extension period, NO NEW SUBMISSIONS will be accepted for assessment.
Provided that a student makes a minimum of four writing submissions in any given week (Mon-Fri) during their access, and at least TWO of those four submissions are graded, a live feedback session will be held on Sundays.
The timing slot for these live feedback sessions is fixed and won’t be changed for any individual student.
The live feedback sessions are optional for students, and they may choose not to attend for any reason. The session though will not be rescheduled in case of absence on the part of the student.

TEF/TCF Exam Specific Prep Complete Program

All students will have to join our dedicated Program Classroom to access program material and to obtain feedback and scores for their exam simulations.
The exam simulations must be completed by the student in the stipulated access period, i.e., SEVEN weeks from the date of purchase. No access extension will be granted under any circumstances.
The exam assessments and feedback will be done within 2-3 working days after each submission. In exceptional circumstances, BBarters reserves the right to delay the process.
The scores obtained for exam simulations are only indicative of your efforts in the program, sincerity in submissions and your actual French level. WE DO NOT guarantee that a student will get the same exact scores in the actual TEF/ TCF Canada exam.

The one-on-one feedback session will be conducted only if the student has completed at least THREE exam simulations (all sections). The timing for this interaction will be fixed and won’t be changed for any individual student. The student can book the slot directly from the program classroom once they become eligible for the same.
The one-on-one feedback session is optional for students, and they can choose not to attend for any valid reason, the session though will not be rescheduled in case of absence on the part of the student.

French Level Assessment

Once purchased, the fees will not be returned under any circumstances.

Students need to complete all the submissions required for the assessment within 15 days of the purchase. Post that deadline, evaluation won’t be possible.
Once the student completes all the submission requirements, BBarters shall issue the results of assessment within 3-5 working days. Please note, BBarters is closed for working on Sundays and Mondays.

Once the result is sent via email, the student will be immediately removed from the concerned classroom.
The assessment is conducted online only for the purpose of self-evaluation. The accuracy of this result is subject to the honesty and discipline on the part of the student while making the submissions. These results are thus only indicative, at best, of the French proficiency level of the student at the time of the test.
The results of this assessment are not to be used for any legal or immigration purposes.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
For all our online programs (All the programs listed above), once a student purchases the program, they won't be able to cancel the purchase under any circumstances.
If there was an error during tuition payment resulting in duplicate payment, please write to us at payments@bebarters.com, and we shall refund any duplicate payment within 30 days of the request.
Any unsolicited payment will be returned and will be reported to the authorities if needed.
